Your Vision, Our Versatile Spaces

The PACE Center offers expansive and thoughtfully designed floor plans to cater to every type of event. With versatility and functionality at the forefront, our floor plans provide seamless transitions between spaces, ensuring a smooth flow for guests and activities.

Our Amenities


Video, Lighting and Sound Equipment

The PACE Center is proud to offer extensive video capabilities, theater lighting and sound equipment. This system will ensure your message and sound are delivered with clarity and reliability in every setting, from seminars to productions. And with high-speed Wi-Fi capabilities, guests can be connected instantly.

Main Auditorium

The Main Auditorium is equipped with a digital projector that lowers electronically from ceiling lifts on the stage; our projector displays video and computer files around the hall, and maximizes viewing for all guests.  Guests also have the option to use our in-house video equipment to instantly display presenters, productions and other memorable events directly onto all projectors throughout the main ballroom. Outlets are conveniently located in the center of the ballroom and in various wall locations throughout the ballroom to allow for more flexibility. Clean, even-sounding equipment offers maximum impact through speaker systems throughout the facility. Sound originating in the Main Auditorium can be piped through the facility lobbies. Events utilizing the stage area in the main auditorium will have access to our theater style lighting system. Productions, performances, and events requiring more lighting may bring in additional lighting to accommodate their needs with approval from the PACE Center Management.

Meeting Rooms

Each meeting room is equipped with a moveable projection screen. Wall-mounted control panels for projectors and audio controls are located in the state-of-the-art sound booth in the Main Auditorium.


Catering

All events held at the Price LeBlanc PACE Center must be catered by one of our Approved Food or Beverage Caterers.  The PACE Center has a full-sized warming kitchen on site for caterers to rent.  

You will work directly with your caterer while determining your menu and pricing options. Catering costs are not included in the price of room rentals and our staff does not negotiate catering on behalf of the client or caterer.

Customized Floor Plan Tool

The PACE Center offers an exciting tool that provides you a personalized link to customize your event’s exact floor plan and see a photorealistic 3D rendering of the space. This tool helps take all the guesswork out of planning your event space and allows our team to set up the event just how you want it. To view an example of our floor plan tool, click here.


Furniture Rentals

The PACE Center does not charge rental for any tables, chairs, or dance floors kept in-house. The PACE Center can seat maximum capacities 60” rounds. All chairs and an optional dance floor are included in the rental rates. Any additional equipment needed will need to be rented per event.
